Our support includes phone, and email regarding product functionality; orders, placing an order, help with questions about scents or products, including out-of-stock items and any observed defect in one of our products. You can call us if you are bored, however, we would prefer you call someone else.

Yes! That is the beauty of the internet. We can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Subscriptions are not billed on the 1st of each month. They are billed at the same time as you originally ordered. ex: If you order a subscription gift set on Dec. 21, then you will be billed again on Jan, 21. On Jan 22, I will start curating your box and it will be shipped out within 7 days..

On average, it will take 10-12 days for you to receive your order. I know that sounds like a long time but the reason it takes so long is every single candle we make is made to order. We do not like leaving candles on the shelf for more than 30 days. We want all of our customers to know they are receiving a fresh candle that has specifically been made for them..
